My name is Vilisoni Kalilimoku Kotobalavu, but just call me Vili. I'm native to the North Shores of Oahu, Hawaii and was lucky to grow up in Kahuku the country of the country. I attended the University of Utah and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Geography. I went even further to attain my Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Certification. I later attended Stringham Real Estate School and learned that Geography is applicable to nearly everything we do in the Real Estate business.
I have a special interest in First Time Homebuyers, Investors (and flipping), For Sale By Owners, and Expired Listings. I will focus on any area that you have an interest in but specialize in the Millcreek, Sugarhouse, University, Avenues, Holladay, Olympus Cove, and even St. George areas. I hope to gain experience in the high-end luxury Park City market and extend my range throughout the Wasatch Front.
I enjoy spending time with my 2 kids 8 and 5. I am happily married to my wife-Cassidy. We are an active family and love to be outside hiking, walking in the park, shopping, and traveling. I love being involved in my local Polynesian community and know that my family and friends are the foundation of my success. I love watching sporting events and a big fan of all University of Utah athletics. I enjoy staying physically fit by Cross-training, running, CrossFit, and weight training.
I played football for the University of Utah and learned lessons of hard work and teamwork. I currently stay active by playing Rugby and hope to provide a positive influence in the Rugby community. I have competitively played the gentleman sport of Rugby for the last 12 years, both with the University of Utah Rugby and currently for a men's club team in Salt Lake City, RFC Park City Haggis. I have made many lifelong friendships along the way and consider my teammates my extended family.
I am very genuine and passionate about everything I do. I have a very strong will when it comes to focusing and finishing. I strive to do what is right the first time. I have learned through my upbringing that what you want is not given to you, but it is earned. If I could describe myself in three words, they would be patient, competitive, and motivated. I hope to epitomize integrity, high-energy, hard work, and creative service in every detail of your real estate experience. Looking forward to our future conversations about your Home and Real Estate pursuits.
